In January, a Coon Rapids mobile home owner called Modern Plumbing & Heating with a main drain frozen solid under the floor. Our technician pulled the skirting, thawed and augered the line, confirmed the pipe with a camera, then wrapped the exposed drain in heat tape and insulation for winter.

Opening the wall for a double vanity revealed a cracked drain tee as the real source.
